About Whitney
Hello! I’m Whitney, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and hold a M.Ed in Counseling from the University of Louisville. I have experience working primarily with adults and teens in the mental health field in both inpatient and outpatient programs in community settings.
As a therapist, I approach each client with an open mind-withholding judgement, extending compassion, and draw from the client’s strengths within themselves to spark change and growth. I believe a therapist’s role is to guide individuals in tapping into their innate capacity for self-healing, and I want you to feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process as we journey together. I am EMDR trained, and take a trauma informed and holistic approach to therapy.
Whitney’s rates are $140 for ongoing 45-minute appointments following a 60-minute intake session at a rate of $175.
