About Courtney

Hi hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Art Therapist Associate and Nationally Registered Art Therapist. I help children, teens, and adults make sense of tough emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. I believe in customizing therapy to what you or your children need in the moment, integrating talk therapy, art therapy, and play-based approaches to ensure you’re getting what you need to heal.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve seen how creativity paired with honest, supportive conversation can open doors that words alone sometimes can’t. I create a calm, safe, nonjudgmental, and genuinely supportive space that encourages self-discovery and empowerment, providing you the space you can show up as you are and explore what you’re carrying at your own pace. Through creativity, mindfulness, and thoughtful reflection, I support people in deepening their self-awareness, nurturing emotional healing and regulation, as well as strengthening their resilience and relationships.

In our time together, I will offer a supportive and steady space where you can explore, create, and grow, whether that happens through art, conversation, or whatever we weave together in the moment. My role is to walk beside you with empathy and encouragement as you move toward greater balance, healing, and clarity.

Courtney’s rates are $140 for 45-minute appointments following a 60-minute intake session at a rate of $175.
