About Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley Kash, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Kentucky.

I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, low self-worth, perfectionism, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I’m especially passionate about helping people learn to set healthy boundaries, reconnect with themselves, and let go of patterns and beliefs that are keeping them stuck.

I believe meaningful change starts with feeling genuinely understood. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported as we work toward the life you want to build. Together, we’ll identify practical tools, build on your strengths, and create lasting change that feels meaningful to you.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy. When working with pre-teens and teens, I also incorporate art and play-based interventions to help therapy feel engaging, approachable, and developmentally appropriate.

I understand that life can feel very overwhelming at times, and I am very dependable, genuine, and willing to meet you where you are to help you through. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover new ways to grow, heal, and thrive.

Ashley’s rates are $120 for ongoing 45-minute appointments following a 60-minute intake session at a rate of $150.
