To ensure the highest quality of care, we do not contract with insurance companies. This approach enables our therapists to maintain smaller caseloads, safeguard your privacy, and focus on delivering the exceptional care you deserve.
If you wish to seek reimbursement, you may submit a superbill (medical receipt) to your insurance provider, provided you have out-of-network benefits. Please note that in order to receive reimbursement, your therapist will be required to include a mental health diagnosis in your medical record.
Our fees vary depending on the therapist you choose to work with. Our rates start at $120 for ongoing appointments following an intake session starting at $150.
Our office is conveniently located in Prospect, just off U.S. 42, near Goshen Elementary and Prospect Preschool. We are situated within the Kash Building, which we share with the Russian School of Mathematics, AM Wager, and Taylor Orthodontics.
We customize therapy to meet your individual needs, recognizing that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Typically, we recommend starting with weekly or bi-weekly sessions to establish momentum, with the option to reduce the frequency as you make progress and start to feel better.
We offer appointments seven days a week, with options in the morning, afternoon, and evening. We understand that finding time for therapy can be difficult, and we strive to make it more accessible by providing flexible appointment times beyond traditional office hours. Each therapist on our team has individual schedules and availability.

Prior to your appointment, you'll receive access to our secure client portal where you can complete all necessary intake paperwork electronically. This allows us to make the most of our time together during your first session.
If you have any previous mental health records or relevant medical documentation that you'd like to share with your therapist, you're welcome to bring those, but this isn't required. You might also want to bring any questions you have about the therapy process – many clients find it helpful to jot these down beforehand.
Most importantly, just bring yourself and an openness to the therapeutic process. We'll take care of everything else!
